Romeo and Juliet

 The Montagues and the Capulets are two families in conflict. During a ball Romeo, the son of Lord Montagues, falls in love with Juliet, the daughter of Lord Capulet. With the help of a Friar they marry secretly the next day, but Romeo is banished to Mantova, for having killed Juliet’s cousin in revenge of the murder of his friends. Meanwhile Juliet, in order to not marry a Count as her father wants, helped by the Friar decides to drink a potion which will give her the appearance of being dead for 42 hours in this way she could go away with Romeo; but the Friar’s message doesn’t rich Romeo in time, so he seeing Juliet dead, decides to kill himself. When Juliet awakes, she finds her beloved dead and kills herself.

Hamlet

Prince Hamlet learns from his father's ghost that the present king of Denmark, his brother Claudius, had murdered him after seducing his wife Gertrude, Hamlet's mother. The father's ghost ordered Hamlet to revenge his death, so Hamlet pretended to be mad and refused the love of Ofelia. So she became mad and killed herself. After Hamlet killed Ofelia's father, Polonius, because he was spying on a conversation between Hamlet and his mother. Then Hamlet wants to arrange the performance of a play representing his uncle's crime. The play confirms Claudius's guilt. At the end his uncle organised a fencing match between Hamlet and Ofelia's brother, Laertes. During this duel Hamlet killed Laertes, but is in his turn mortaly wounded. Meanwhile Gertrude drinks from a poisoned cup prepared for Hamlet, and dies. 

Othello

Two men meet him, at night, in Venice. They discuss about the escape of the beautiful, young and rich Desdemona with Otello, a dark mercenary general to the service of the Republic in Venice. Both the men have motives for resentment against him, and they tell the father of the girl. Otello is deeply in love with Desdemona and is loved by her. But his lieutenant, Iago, ruens this harmony: after their transfer to Cyprus, he plots a complicated plot to let his general believe that Desdemona betrays him. Blinded by jealousy, Otello suffocates the woman in her bed. Discovering too late the falsehood of Iago, he kills himself.
